The insulators segment remains the core business, generating ₹446.38 Cr with healthy margins.

The board re-appointed M/s Rajesh & Company as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. The audit carried a qualified opinion due to non-provision of certain tax liabilities related to a proposed amalgamation, impacting reported net profit and net worth.

Interest-free unsecured loans totaling ₹69.84 Cr were extended for business and amalgamation purposes.
