Crayons Advertising Limited has announced a board meeting to approve acquiring 100% of its new wholly owned subsidiary, Crayon Global Media LLC, based in Dubai.

The deal involves a cash subscription of AED 1,00,000 (~₹24.5 lakh). This acquisition aims to expand Crayons’ presence into the Dubai media and advertising market, boosting geographic reach and growth opportunities.

Management from the promoter’s family will run the subsidiary, ensuring tight strategic control and alignment.
