Salona Cotspin has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company posted revenue of ₹722.26 Cr and expenses of ₹714.11 Cr, resulting in a PBT of ₹8.42 Cr.

Net profit halved to ₹6.13 Cr from last year’s ₹12.37 Cr, with EPS at ₹11.64. A dividend of ₹1 per share has been proposed.

New auditors have been appointed to enhance financial controls and compliance ahead of FY 2025-26.
