Landmark Property Development has announced a board meeting on June 26, 2025, to hold its 49th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from June 20 to June 26, 2025, for the AGM.

Shareholders must be on record by June 19, 2025, to be eligible for e-voting, which will be available from June 23 to June 25, 2025.
