Globale Tessile Limited has announced a board meeting and appointed M/s. Jain Chowdhary & Co. as statutory auditors for five years, pending member approval.

Mr. Malay Desai is reappointed as secretarial auditor for five years.

M/s. D. Trivedi & Associates and M/s. Bhanwar Jain & Co. will continue as internal and tax auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. These auditor appointments enhance the company’s audit oversight ahead of the financial results announcement.
