AuSom Enterprise reported a strong jump in standalone revenue to Rs. 2392.53 Cr and profit before tax to Rs. 22.16 Cr for FY 2024-25, more than doubling last year's numbers.

The board has announced a meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

A final dividend of 10% per equity share is planned.

Key auditing appointments were made for FY 2025-26. Subsidiary Amazo Solar Power P Ltd remains non-operational.
