Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Consolidated total income rose to ₹256.49 Cr with net profit at ₹20.77 Cr for FY2024-25, nearly doubling from last year.

Operationally, Wahren India is close to completing two refurbished machines, starting commercial use in H2 FY2025-26. A 12,000MT Alu Alu machine delivery is delayed to July 2025. The company is ramping up its sales force and plans to open two new flexographic plate factories, including one in Oman, signaling strong expansion.
