DLF has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

DLF’s wholly-owned subsidiary, DLF Home Developers Limited, has incorporated Fleetrise IFSC Private Limited, a new company focused on aircraft leasing in Gujarat’s GIFT City.

With an initial investment of ₹2 Cr for full ownership, this marks DLF’s strategic entry into specialized leasing beyond real estate.

While Fleetrise hasn’t started operations yet, this expansion into financial services could open new growth avenues, though near-term financial impact remains minimal.
