Bhilwara Spinners Ltd. has announced a board meeting that approved key appointments for the 2025-26 financial year: M/s R.K.

Jain & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval; M/s R.S. Pokharna and Associates as Internal Auditor for one year; and M/s CLB & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term replacing M/s ABN & Co., also subject to shareholder approval.

These changes aim to strengthen the company's audit and compliance functions, providing shareholders confidence in governance and oversight.
