Deep Diamond India Limited has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board approved the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor issuing an unmodified opinion.

The company appointed M/s. Valawat & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years.

The audited standalone financials show a significant profit improvement with total comprehensive income rising to Rs. 118.71 lakh versus Rs. 68.54 lakh in the previous year.

Key financials include revenue of Rs. 70.37 lakh and profit after tax of Rs. 41.48 lakh, supported by tight cost control and effective financial management.

Internal controls were found to be adequate and operating effectively.
