Goodricke Group Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 1,318.42 lakh for the latest quarter, with a net loss after tax of Rs. 36.57 lakh.

For the full financial year, it posted a net profit after tax of Rs. 20.06 lakh against a loss in the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at a loss of Rs. 16.93 for the quarter but showed a positive EPS of Rs. 9.29 for the year.

This reflects a turnaround from previous losses, which is a key highlight for investors.
