Suryo Foods & Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to re-appoint Mr. Amarendra Dash as Managing Director for five years from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Dash, a BTech in Mechanical Engineering, is a pioneer in India’s seafood industry with nearly 40 years of experience and has been nationally recognized for marine export achievements.

He currently holds 3.114% equity in the company and has close family ties within the board, including his wife, son, and brother as directors.
