Spectrum Foods Limited has announced the release of 10 lakh equity shares previously pledged with SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd. This release reduces the number of shares under pledge from 10 lakh to zero, effectively removing the encumbrance on these shares.

The pledged shares represented 4.125% of the company’s total voting capital.
