Achyut Healthcare Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where they approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board appointed M/s. Mohta Khetawat & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and Kamlesh M. Shah and Company as Secretarial Auditors for five years.

The company reported a net profit of Rs. 54.77 lakh for the year with revenues of Rs. 6.13 Cr and total expenses of Rs. 6.12 Cr.

The auditors gave an unmodified opinion, confirming clean financials.

The Board also authorized management to fix the AGM and record dates.

No deviation was reported in the utilization of funds raised from public and preferential issues.
