Genus Prime Infra Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.

The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs. 3.87 lakh for the year, with total comprehensive loss at Rs. 182.43 lakh, while consolidated net loss stood at Rs. 3.67 lakh with total comprehensive loss of Rs. 206.23 lakh.

The National Company Law Tribunal approved a scheme of arrangement involving mergers and demergers, but the effective date is pending, so the financials do not yet reflect this impact.
