Cybele Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported consolidated total income from operations of Rs. 21.54 Cr for the quarter, down from Rs. 35.48 Cr a year ago.

It posted a net profit of Rs. 1.02 Cr for the quarter, compared to Rs. 1.21 Cr in the prior year.

The total comprehensive loss for the quarter was Rs. 1.18 Cr.

Employee benefit and material costs remain significant expense heads.

The results reflect ongoing operational challenges but positive profitability trends despite lower revenue.
