Paramount Cosmetics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, which showed total income of Rs. 677.1 lakh and a net profit of Rs. 3.14 lakh.

The company re-appointed M/s Brajesh Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Venkatesh P A as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 based on Audit Committee’s recommendations.

The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion, confirming the company’s financial statements present a true and fair view.
