Record Date

Technocraft Industries has announced a board meeting on June 6, 2025, setting the record date to identify shareholders eligible for an interim dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share (face value Rs. 10). The dividend will be paid on or before June 28, 2025, providing shareholders a substantial return for the financial year 2024-25.
