Picturehouse Media Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. M/s D Hanumanta Raju & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor, and Phanindra & Associates as the internal auditor for FY 25-26, each for a one-year term.

The company reported outstanding qualified borrowings of Rs. 100.60 Cr at the start and Rs. 102.41 Cr at the end of the financial year, with no incremental borrowings or debt securities issued during the year.
