Quasar India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹11.93 Cr for the quarter and ₹42.13 Cr for the year.

It recorded a net profit of ₹0.02 Cr for the year, reversing a prior year profit of ₹1.66 Cr, reflecting operational challenges as quarter profit was a loss of ₹3.03 Cr.

The Board appointed M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. S P Patel & Co. as Internal Auditor.

The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the year’s results.
