Shree Salasar Investments Limited has received its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31, 2025. The report notes compliance with most SEBI regulations but highlights some lapses: the company has not consistently maintained and updated its Structured Digital Database (SDD) software as required; there was a delay in appointing a qualified company secretary as Compliance Officer, for which a fine was imposed; and there was late filing of voting results in XBRL format for the September quarter, also resulting in a fine.
