Sunil Healthcare Ltd. has announced a board meeting outcome where the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, were approved.

The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results.

The board decided not to declare any dividend for the financial year 2024-25. They approved the appointment of M/s. ATCS & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to member approval, and appointed M/s. Agrawal S. Lal & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The Board also approved its Directors’ Report for the year.
