Response Informatics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the full year ended March 2025. The company plans to appoint PS Rao & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

It discussed acquiring a stake in a Poland-based software and IT consultancy firm to expand its business presence there.

The audited results show standalone revenue of ₹9.63 Cr and consolidated revenue of ₹33.58 Cr for the year, with consolidated profit after tax at ₹1.81 Cr, up from ₹2.20 Cr last year.

The audit reports were unmodified, confirming clean financials.

The company remains focused on staffing services as its core segment.
