Response Informatics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.

It also proposed the appointment of P.S.

Rao & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

The board discussed acquiring a stake in a Poland-based software and IT consultancy firm to expand its footprint there.

Borrowings stood at Rs 0.34 Cr at year-end, with incremental borrowings of the same amount.

Standalone revenue dipped to Rs 9.63 Cr for the year with a net profit of Rs 0.19 Cr, while consolidated revenue was Rs 33.58 Cr with net profit of Rs 1.81 Cr.

The company continues to focus on staffing services, maintaining stable operations and liquidity.
