The company reported total income of Rs. 64.19 lakh for the year, with a net profit of Rs. 16.48 lakh, up from Rs. 3.19 lakh the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.79. The statutory auditor issued a clean audit opinion.

Total assets increased to Rs. 471.62 lakh from Rs. 367.35 lakh, supported by higher loans and cash balances.

Short-term borrowings rose significantly to Rs. 125.53 lakh, indicating increased financing activities during the year.
