Khandelwal Extractions Ltd. has announced a board meeting held to approve the appointment of M/s Banthia & Company as the Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Led by Mr. Gautam Kumar Banthia, a seasoned Practicing Company Secretary since 1988, the firm brings extensive experience in corporate compliance, audit assignments, advisory on corporate laws, and legal support related to courts and tribunals.

This appointment aims to strengthen the company’s governance and statutory compliance framework.
