Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key changes in its audit team and financial disclosures.

The company accepted the immediate resignation of statutory auditor M/s PSV Jain & Associates due to their pre-occupation, with no concerns raised.

Bhasin Hota & Co has been appointed as the new statutory auditor to complete the audit for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, S K Dwivedi & Associates has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for the same period.

The board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with the auditors issuing an unmodified opinion, confirming clean audit findings.

The trading window closure for results declaration has also been specified.
