James Warren Tea has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board re-appointed Mr. Sandip Das as Whole-time Director for one year from July 25, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Das brings over 23 years of experience in operations and commercial roles and has been with the company since 2014. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting from FY 2025-26, pending shareholder green light.

These moves strengthen the company’s governance and audit oversight.
