Sobha Limited has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company posted standalone revenue of ₹1274.47 Cr and profit after tax of ₹50.05 Cr, with consolidated profit at ₹40.86 Cr.

Operationally, land parcels worth ₹201.61 Cr linked to a joint development in Haryana are under provisional attachment, though management sees no material financial impact.

Tax appeals and a legal dispute over fire clearances remain, but the company is optimistic about outcomes.

A final dividend of ₹3/share is proposed.
