Virat Crane Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 4019.65 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 13919.95 lakh for the year.

Profit before tax stood at Rs. 629.65 lakh for the year, down from Rs. 1144.39 lakh previously, mainly impacted by impairment provisions made in the prior year.

Profit after tax was Rs. 466.55 lakh for the year.

The company operates solely in the dairy products segment.

It has appointed Sri K. Srinivasarao & Nagaraju Associates as secretarial auditors for five years and reappointed its existing internal auditor.

Legal action is ongoing to recover Rs. 4.75 crore worth of inventory withheld by a third-party storage provider, with management actively pursuing release.

The statutory audit was completed with an unmodified opinion.
