Crane Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on 29-May-2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue from operations of Rs. 137.12 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 353.11 lakh for the year.

Net profit stood at Rs. 66.36 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 144.97 lakh for the year.

The company appointed Sri K.Srinivasarao & Nagaraju Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and reappointed Sri V.V.A.

SeshaGiri Rao as internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financials, confirming no defaults or qualifications.

Total equity stood at Rs. 30.15 Cr, with stable asset and liability positions and positive cash flow from operations of Rs. 31.96 lakh for the year.
