Black Rose Industries has announced a feasibility study with Japan’s Koei Chemical to set up manufacturing facilities for amine products in India, leveraging Koei’s technology and know-how.

This project aims to extend Black Rose’s manufacturing capabilities beyond its distribution business into specialty amines, a growing sector in the Indian chemical industry.

Both companies plan to finalize agreements and proceed with plant construction once the feasibility is confirmed.

This collaboration strengthens Black Rose’s growth prospects and expands Koei Chemical’s presence outside Japan.
