Bharat Dynamics Limited has been fined ₹9.56 lakh each by BSE and NSE for board composition non-compliance, caused by delays in director appointments by the Ministry of Defence.

The company is seeking a waiver.

Operationally and financially, the fine has no impact.

Audit and remuneration committee compliance is in place since April 2025, with board composition pending government appointments.
