Bhanderi Infracon Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025, receiving an unmodified audit opinion.

The company reappointed Ms. Bhumikaben Sunilbhai Patel as director and appointed Manisha Chindarkar as Secretarial Auditor for five years.

Standalone net profit after tax stood at Rs. 40.79 lakh with earnings per share of Rs. 1.57, while consolidated net profit was Rs. 82.40 lakh with EPS of Rs. 2.36. The business primarily operates in real estate, contributing significant revenue and profit growth.

The company’s reserves improved and it continues to hold a strong equity base with manageable liabilities.
