Fidel Softech has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company is acquiring 100% of Fidel Technologies KK, Japan, for about ₹6.5 Cr.

Fidel Technologies focuses on IT-enabled language tech services for Japanese clients, with a turnover near JPY 58.1 Cr in FY 2023-24. This move will consolidate Fidel’s Japan operations, expanding its service offerings and presence in the Japanese market.
