V-Mart Retail has announced a board meeting to fix the record date for a bonus issue of 3 shares for every 1 share held.

The record date is June 23, 2025, to determine shareholders eligible for the bonus shares, pending shareholder approval.

This bonus will substantially increase the number of shares for existing investors without any cash outflow.
