Company Update

Alldigi Tech Limited plans to transfer unpaid final dividends from FY 2017-18, unclaimed for seven years, along with corresponding shares, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders whose dividends and shares are liable for transfer have been individually notified and details are available on the company website.

Claims can be made before the deadline by contacting the company or Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

Shares under legal restraint or pledged will not be transferred.

Once transferred, shareholders can claim from the IEPF Authority using the prescribed process.
