The company reported total income from operations and other revenue at ₹837.43 lakh for the year ended, with a net profit after tax of ₹-401.63 lakh.

Other comprehensive income was ₹-727.91 lakh, resulting in a total comprehensive loss of ₹-1129.51 lakh.

Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹-0.82. The board has separated reporting of fabrics, share trading, steel trading, and other income to better manage cost efficiency.
