JPT Securities Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of Ms. Payal Mathur as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2025. Ms. Mathur holds a Master in Commerce, an LL.B, and is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

This role is critical for maintaining regulatory compliance and corporate governance, strengthening the company’s management team.

There is no relation between her and any current directors or key managerial personnel.
