Rudra Global Infra Products Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved revised audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The revision addresses a clerical error in the previously submitted consolidated results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated revenue from operations rose slightly to Rs. 560.79 Cr, with a profit before tax of Rs. 16.31 Cr for the year.

Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 11.38 Cr versus Rs. 20.76 Cr last year, reflecting some margin pressure.

The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion confirming the accuracy and fair presentation of both standalone and consolidated results.
