Mount Housing and Infrastructure Limited has postponed its board meeting due to a red alert for extreme heavy rainfall and flooding in Coimbatore, affecting access, safety, and connectivity.

Several board members were unable to attend in person or virtually, leading to the cancellation.

The company will announce the rescheduled date soon and has requested condonation of delay for submission of its audited financial results.

This delay is due to unforeseen weather conditions impacting operational continuity and timely disclosure.
