Visagar Financial Services Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported a net loss of Rs. 234.33 lakh for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs. 90.61 lakh in the previous quarter.

For the financial year, the loss narrowed to Rs. 16.07 lakh versus Rs. 120.70 lakh last year.

Total income was Rs. 1,160.17 lakh for the quarter.

The Board approved the appointment of M/s. Kirti Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and reappointed Mr. Lakhpat M. Trivedi as Internal Auditor for 2025-26.
