Veer Energy & Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of M/s. Vivek P. Joisar & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s. Nidhi Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.

Vivek P. Joisar & Co. brings over five years of expertise in finance, auditing, and advisory services, while Nidhi Shah & Associates specializes in company law and secretarial audits with eight years of experience.

These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s audit and compliance functions.
