Esha Media Research Ltd. has appointed M/s MSDS & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for five years starting from FY 2024-25 to FY 2028-29. This appointment follows the Audit Committee’s advice and strengthens the company’s governance and compliance framework.
