Shreeji Translogistics Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 54.12 Cr and a profit before tax of Rs. 2.96 Cr for the year.

Profit for the period stood at Rs. 1.99 Cr, with basic EPS at Rs. 0.30. The transport services segment remained the main revenue driver at Rs. 209.23 Cr annually, though overall revenue declined compared to the prior year.

The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Shah & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

The audit reports were issued with unmodified opinions.
