Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited was fined ₹9.56 lakh each by NSE and BSE for missing Independent Directors and key committees last quarter.

The company is working with the Ministry of Defence, which controls these appointments, to fill the board roles and restore governance compliance.

GRSE is also seeking a waiver of the fines.
