Terraform Realstate Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the assets, liabilities, and cash flow statements.

Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mrs. Renuka Gautam and Mr. Vineet Mishra, were appointed for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.

M/s. Dholakia & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.

The board committees have been reconstituted with the new directors in key roles.
