Protein Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of M/s Bhumika Ranpura & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditors for five years, starting from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The appointment, based on the Audit Committee's suggestion, will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The firm brings over five years of experience in corporate legal matters and offers comprehensive corporate and regulatory audit advisory services.
