Palco Metals Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year.

The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results with an unqualified auditor opinion.

It appointed CS Punit Santosh Kumar Lath as Secretarial Auditor and CS Mukesh Tiwari as Internal Auditor for FY 2024-25. The Board approved a merger scheme to absorb its wholly owned subsidiary, Palco Recycle Industries Limited, into the parent company, aiming to strengthen financials, eliminate intercompany balances, and streamline operations.

No shareholding pattern changes or cash considerations will arise from the merger.
