Acrow India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of M/s. Kiran Doshi as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This change comes as the current Secretarial Auditor’s term ends on March 31, 2025. Kiran Doshi is a peer-reviewed Practising Company Secretary with over 14 years of experience and has no relation to any of the company’s directors.

This appointment ensures compliance and continuity in the company's secretarial audit function.
